"Get away from it all.."

This phrase comes from A Goofy Movie, and I've always loved it. Goofy asks his teenage son, Max, to go on a fishing trip with him, to get away from their day to day life and just enjoy each other and what nature has to offer. Max has no interest in leaving his friends or home and replies, "I don't want to get away from it all, dad! I like.. "it all"."

    I spent 3 days away from my home in the city and absolutely loved it. It's funny how spending just a short period of time away from your routines.. can lead to new aspirations and a better understanding of what you want from life.

       I documented a few things during my time in Roanoke, Virgina and I would love to share them. :)
